1. Promotion Terms & Conditions:
   • Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Headings in this document are included for ease of reference and do not affect interpretation in any way.
2. Promotion Duration
   1. All references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in Samoan time on the date stated. The promotion commences at 00:01 am on the

3. Eligibility to enter.
   1. Entry is open only to legal residents of Samoa aged 21 years and over (“Eligible Entrants”) and excludes tourists visiting the country.
   2. Vodafone staff and immediate family (parents, spouses, sisters, brothers & children) are not entitled to participate.
4. Entry into the promotion
   1. Customers need to purchase ANY device from any Vodafone retail store or receive IMT in M-Tala to qualify for an entry
   2. One (1) entry point is earned for every tala spent.Date of draw and prize distribution dates are subject to change at the discretion of Vodafone Samoa Ltd.

   4. Post-paid customers on Contract who have made a cash payment for a device purchase are eligible for the draw.
   5. Prizes will be given to the winner upon verification of both their phone no. and a valid photo ID.
   6. Winner will be drawn at random using www.random.org under the supervision of the Gambling Control Authority (“GCA”).
   7. Winner will be notified by phone call/text message prior to the prize presentation.
   8. Vodafone Samoa Ltd accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries including SMS messages/ calls not received by Vodafone Samoa Ltd or delays in the delivery of the SMS message/ calls due to technical disruptions, network congestion, or for any other reason.
   9. The Vodafone Samoa Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Vodafone Samoa Ltd to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
   10. Prizes cannot be redeemed for Cash

5. Drawing of entries
   1. The draw will be undertaken under the supervision of GCA.
   2. The result of the draw is not final until after thorough verification and identification of the winning numbers to ensure eligibility.
   3. If the winner cannot be located. For example, if phone numbers are no longer in use, are not reachable or not taking calls after 3 attempts then a redraw will be done under GCA supervision.
6. Prizes

7. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
8. ln the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, or disaster, Vodafone Samoa Ltd reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
9. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, Vodafone Samoa Ltd, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
10. Any loss suffered by Vodafone Samoa Ltd example Issuing Media Statements by the winner, or any other activity that damages the reputation of Vodafone Samoa Ltd or its sponsors or otherwise need to be compensated.
11. Taking the prize is subject to any prevailing terms and conditions. No compensation will be payable if the winners are unable to use any element of the prize as stated for whatever reason, including participation in certain activities for health, age, behavior, or safety reasons.
12. Any part of a prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.
13.  Notification of the winner
    1. The winner will be notified by phone call to the mobile number they entered the promotion into, within 2 business days of the draw. They will then be called in to collect the prize the day after they have been verified.
    2. Vodafone Samoa Ltd reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Vodafone Samoa Ltd. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
14. Right of Vodafone Samoa Ltd toRedraw
    1. Vodafone Samoa Ltd reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize.
15. Entry details and privacy
    1.  Entry details remain the property of Vodafone Samoa Ltd. Name, photograph, Voice, and Video of the winner will be used for promotional purposes by Vodafone Samoa Ltd or its sponsors, without further remuneration.
    2. Entrants consent to the Vodafone Samoa Ltd using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes (including to third parties involved in the promotion and any applicable statutory authorities) and conducting marketing activities.
16. Limitation of Liability.
    1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Vodafone Samoa Ltd (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
    2. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Vodafone Samoa Ltd (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Vodafone Samoa Limited control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access, or third-party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Vodafone Samoa Ltd) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Vodafone Samoa Ltd; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking of and/or participation in the prize.
    3. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winners must sign any legal documentation as and, in the form, required by Vodafone Samoa Ltd and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
    4. If the Customer decides not to travel to Paris only $2,000 USD Pocket money to be paid to the winner
