Ways to Pay
We have multiple ways you can pay your Vodafone bill. Just choose your preferred way and get started right away.

Ways to Pay
M-Tala
You have got to be registered to M-Tala and have sufficient funds in your M-Tala account in order to use this platform. Once you have that, follow the prompts here.
Debit/Credit Card
You can use your Debit or Credit card to make payments to your bills at any of our Vodafone Stores.
Cash or Eftpos
Just take a copy of your paper bill or email of the bill into any Vodafone Store. We’ll scan the barcode on the bill and then you can pay it via cash or using an EFTPOS bank card.
Cheque
Please remember to write your Vodafone account number on the back of the cheque and include the tear-off payment advice when you bring the cheque into our Vodafone Stores.
Internet Banking
Pay directly into our accounts listed below, remember to reference your Customer Key (CK) number or your mobile number when you do internet banking.

Web Self Care Portal (Postpaid Users only)
You must be registered to use the Web Self Care Portal. If you wish to register, please print out and fill out the registration form here then email a copy to corporatesales@www.vodafone.com.ws. You will then be contacted via email or phone call with your log in details.
Once you are registered to use the Web Self Care Portal, you can then login and start paying your bills online via: http://202.4.37.181:8081/WebSelfCare/login.xhtml and follow the easy prompts.
Understand your Bill
Bill Summary
- Account Address – This section displays the Customer Address and PO Box Information.
- Total Amount Due – Total Amount Due for the current month.
- Billing Period – This indicates the start and end date for the period in which customers are billed.
- Invoice Number (Telecom) – This is the Invoice # for all Telecom Services.
- Invoice Number (Moana Tv) – This is the invoice # for all Moana Tv Services.
- Due Date – Date in which the payment is due.
- Account Number – Customer’s Account Number.
- Your Account Summary Section – Calculation of the Total Payable for the current billed month, which is the Overdue Amount carried forward from the previous month + Current Billed Amount.
- Overdue Section – Calculations of the Total Overdue for the current billed month, which is the Previous Balance (Previous Total Payable) MINUS Previous bill period’s payments, Adjustments or Disputed Amounts.
- Service Fees Sections – List of all service’s total charges minus any discounts applied and the calculation of VAGST for those services.
- Total Amount Due – This is calculation of Total Amount Due mentioned in #2.

Bill Details
- This heading indicates the type of service that the customer has chosen to utilize. This invoice has types of service: Landline and Mobile
- Mobile/Phone Number.
- This shows the services/packages that the customer was using, the monthly service charges for that particular bill period and the total charges to be paid.
- The tax amount which will be charged for the total amount of the service charge.
